Our approach to all projects is first and foremost to ensure a high quality product for the owner. Our focus is to build strong relationships with the owner, architect, engineer and all onsite contractors to
obtain the goal of a successfully completed project. back to top
Quality Control
River City Mechanical's method of quality control is simple but effective. Team leaders are required to achieve
daily and weekly progress, safety and quality goals. We implement our project quality by continuously evaluating
our goals with our project foreman, general field superintendent, and all onsite employees in weekly site meetings
and monthly management meetings. back to top
Scheduling & Monitoring
Scheduling is based upon being pro-active rather than reactive. We accomplish this with weekly management meetings
and scheduling updates. Our company financial and manpower outlook is assessed each meeting and estimated six months
in advance. If the project scheduling falls behind, we reevaluate our progress and make any necessary changes immediately
by assigning ample manpower, equipment and material. Overtime and shift scheduling changes are always a last
resort. back to top
Cost Control
River City Mechanicals project costs are evaluated monthly. Each stage of the project is tracked from the estimate to
the final installation, which allows us to control costs and ensure a quality job for the
owner. back to top
