Energy consumption and our environment is becoming a priority for more building owners & business. River City Mechanical is making strides to educate, design and install "LEED" certified mechanical and plumbing products. As the market grows we will become "green" in a move to a cleaner, safer way of building.


River City Mechanical just completed its first LEED building, St. Anthony's of
Padua Community Church Rectory. We designed, engineered and installed the plumbing
from start to finish.


Currently we are working with "The Dwelling Place", a local developer with a design/build
LEED Project for the Martineau School of Arts located in downtown Grand Rapids on
Division, just south of Fulton. We are installing the HVAC & Plumbing for this "green"
building.
